ワーキングホリデーの申請において、特に以下の職業に就く場合、そのように本申請で回答した場合は健康診断が必要となります。

• 医療従事者（health sciences worker）
• 臨床検査技師（clinical laboratory worker）
• 看護施設や高齢者施設での患者付き添い（patient attendant in nursing or geriatric homes）
• カナダの大学に通う医学生（medical student admitted to Canada to attend university）
• 短期の医療活動を行う医師（medical elective and physician on short term assignment）
• 小学校や中学校の教師、または小さな子供の世話をする教師（teacher of primary or secondary schools or other teachers of small children）
• 家庭内での子供、高齢者、障がい者の世話をする職業（domestic worker, someone who gives in-home care to children, the elderly and the disabled）
• 保育士（day nursery worker）
